Creating Flexibility Through Qigong offers a comprehensive training using relaxation, stretching, agility, and inner strength. This is done in a gentle, easy, and systematic way using a selection movements based on several different Qigong traditions.

This is a great Qigong for all levels and types of practice including those from the tai chi and yoga traditions.

Dr. Hu has been practicing Qigong and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for over 50 years and has studied with many of China's greatest contemporary Qigong masters.
