Creating Flexibility Through Qigong
Not everyone is born flexible, but everyone can learn to be more flexible. Creating Flexibility Through Qigong offers a comprehensive training using relaxation, stretching, agility, and inner strength. This is done in a gentle, easy, and systematic way using a selection movements based on several different Qigong traditions.
This is a great Qigong for all levels and types of practice including those from the tai chi and yoga traditions.
