Wild Goose II Qigong, through its lovely and expressive movements, develops both out upper and lower dan-tian ("third eye"). It trains our ability to not only take in fresh energy but also get rid of sickly Qi, thus enabling us to detoxify and strengthen ourselves at the same time. Wild Goose 2 starts where Wild Goose 1 finishes and represent the second 64 movements of Wild Goose Qigong. Medical qigong master, Dr. Hu, repeats each section often and with commentary to help you understand each movement and the Chi energy changes that are being induced.

Dr. Hu is a medical qigong master and has been practicing for more than 50 years. His teacher, Grandmaster Yang, Mei-Jun was the 27th lineage holder of the wild goose tradition. She advised Dr. Hu to share all 72 sets of Wild Goose Qigong with his students instead of keeping them secret. Usually, only the first 2 sets of movements are taught in the west, but Dr. Hu teaches the first 9 sets to offer students a comprehensive foundation of this wonderful qigong. Enjoy your practice!
